i'm excited by people who love what they do.  i'm teaching and studying embodyoga, painting as much as i can, rediculously interested in nourishing the bodymind, and on the (long) road to chiropractic school.  there's a lot of laughter in my life, incredible amounts of serendipitous karma, and myriad miraculous souls who share my passions, who challenge and support me.  i'm looking to find more connections with people who work to live compassionately and mindfully, who can see when they are getting caught up in their shtick, who hear their silence and speak their truth, and who are comfortable enough with themselves to respect my silence, and my truth.

i love being in the kitchen, especially with others who are making me laugh while i'm cooking for them.  i loooooove clean sheets, and afghans piled on top of me in the middle of winter.  i prefer soy chai over hot chocolate, or hot chocolate with real cocoa, some cinnamon and honey over coffee.  my chiropractor and i regularly argue (with smiles on our faces) about what i can and cannot do in yoga classes.

i believe that people are basically good, and that we all just want to be happy, no matter how odd our choices may look to others.  i hope to “walk the walk”, and to embody an ounce of what i respect so much in others, because if i can do that, and help at least one person find exhale (real exhale, here, folks…down to tail) then i think i've done well.
